Lucas County Arena
Lucas County’s newest attraction, the $105 million dollar state-of-the-art arena is located in downtown Toledo, Ohio. The ground breaking on the 8,000 plus seat multi-purpose arena began October 1, 2007. There are 20 private suites and 750 prestige club seats as well as a club-level lounge, a banquet facility, a team merchandise store and a modern scoreboard.
Cedar Point Amusement Park
With 68 rides, including 16 roller coasters, Cedar Point has more rides and more roller coasters than any park in the world. Built in 2003, Top Thrill Dragster is 420 feet tall and reaches speeds of 120 mph!

The Maumee River is brimming with jumping Walleye fish from the 3rd week of March to the 1st week of April. It draws 10,000 fishermen each season.

Valentine Theatre
Following a $28 million renovation, the 108-year-old Valentine Theatre reopened in 1999 and has been the cultural center for northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan ever since. Be sure to sign up for their newsletter and take in a show or two.

Fort Meigs State Memorial
Built in 1813 to defend against a British invasion, Fort Meigs is one of the largest wooden walled forts in North America. The 10 acre, rebuilt fort stands on its original site overlooking the Maumee River and consists of seven blockhouses, five cannon batteries and several eight-foot-high earthworks within a stockade wall.
